Described by its inhabitants as an 'urban utopia', Sega City is the main city and cultural hub of the MFW. It was founded in 1997 by Zifei Wu who led a group of people from other worlds to inhabit the barren (at the time) demiplane now known as the MFW. Since then, it constantly attracts people from other worlds and has become a sprawling metropolis and is home to many people. It has a definite 'sci-fi' feel to it with its impressive skyscrapers, hovering cars, and several other cutting edge technological elements. However, it is completely free of smog and other enviromental hazards found on normal metropoloi. It still manages to have a balance between urban and nature - for instance most buildings have gardens on ther rooftops, trees are on every sidewalk, and several parks adorn the city. Neon lighting dominates the night. It is a place alive with energy and constant movement, but generally free of stress NOT caused by "drama" (credit to Very Crazy Penguin for image). The HQ Tower, which is the main location for the operations of the Admins/Mods, is in the center of Sega City. The city also has several artificial rivers running through it since nearly 3/4 of the main city are bordered by the ocean (north, west, and south, though north and west are also bordered by land). Small islets adorn its enviromental-friendly harbor. There is also a small lake in the south east quadrant of the city. Sega City is not completely perfect in everything however. Places exist that can be described as "bad neighborhoods."
