True Red is at her "maximum powers" when she is in her Sailor-form. She can only attain the Sailor Roja-form when she and Rad Blue are committed to working together in their hearts. TR's psionic powers increase in this form, not due to actually gaining more power, but due to her willingness to use her powers in earnest. TR doesn't realize this fact at all and thinks she's more powerful when transformed than when she isn't. The name comes from the fact that "roja" is the feminine Spanish word for "red."

Outfit: Sailor Roja's body-suit is silver. Her tiara is white with a red jewel while her choker is red with a white star. Her skirt, heart broach, and sailor top are red along with her ribbons by her waist. Her ribbons by her chest are white. Her elbow-length silver gloves have red bands. Her boots are white and slightly above her ankles in length.
Item: Crescent Staff. It is 5 ft. (or approximately 153 cm) tall including the crescent moon symbol. She uses it for attacking. It is normally held in her right hand.

Attacks

Red Flash: A flash of blinding red light is emitted from her staff that can be used as either a weak physical light energy attack or a psionic one to confuse the mind.
Red Laser: A red laser in the shape of a crescent moon is fired from her staff.
Purple Storm: This is a joint attack with Sailor Azul. It is a potentially massive attack that unleases a combination of wind/lightning, thunder/lightning, or wind/thunder/lightning at once. Sailor Roja's energy contributes to the lightning portion of this attack.
