She is one of the Mobian Senshi and the second-in-command after Sailor Sally Moon. Amy Venus looks like Amy Rose from Sega with her hair styled as Mina/Minako. Her outfit is the same as Super Sailor Venus (sans the chain shown in the manga). She is in possession of the Moon Compact, which allows her to changer her appearance if she wants. She also has the quirk of being obsessed with clothes. She also acts more like Mina/Minako in terms of personality.
