Personality: RB is mostly a loner, particularly because she's not very trusting of others, and does things only if she sees it benefiting herself in some way. Sometimes, she can be helpful as a result, but many times, she won't be. She charms her way to get what she wants, if she can't get it through other means. She can be very emotional when she is stressed, but is otherwise calm. She despises responsibility and truly just wants to enjoy life and have fun with no strings attached. She's not trustworthy at all unless you have the exact same goal she has. If your goal isn't to help her enjoy herself, you probably don't. She likes to spend her time lounging around beaches or fields, though she also loves to play pranks as well. So, unlike most designated "evil" forumers, RB doesn't have any desire to truly take over the MFW or cause any problems for her counterpart. As a result, she gets along very well with True Red, with whom she has a sisterly relationship. RB will only help TR out if she believes the MFW itself is threatened, or she owes someone.

Current Usage/Design

     Silphe is a blue hedgehog with the nickname "Rad Blue" in a fan fic storyline based on the Sonic Team universe. The blue hedgehog was seen during one of the "evil themes" that took place on the Mobius Forum. The hedgehog form is not official as far as GMs go, but it's fair game for chats & skits.
     Rad Blue was resurrected in part due to the influx and abundance of "Evil Admins" that are "evil." While there was some variety with the forumers, even if the large majority were "good," practically no diversity existed for the "Evil Admins" back in 2001.

Original Usage/Design

     Rad Blue first appeared when the Mobius Forum was on DiscServer in a silly "opposites" thread. In that thread, she was given stereotypical "rap" speech (using that for her now would be considered out of character). Also, the first time she appeared, she was a blue echidna with white hair (since Lianne-Ka has black hair) and wore the same outfit as Lianne-Ka but with the orange & green reversed.
